Malahide
Malahide is a very busy town and can be difficult to begin to learn to drive.
There are only a couple of roads that are suitable for beginners driving lessons.
If you don’t have a driving instructor that knows the local area very well you can be out of your depth very quickly, which can delay the learning process. Then you find your instructor is using the dual controls more than they should.
With Top Class Driving School you’ll have a local instructor with local knowledge. Once you become comfortable with the basics you can cover everything in the local area that you’ll need to pass your driving test.
You can practice your hill start in the Seapark or Biscayne estates. Practice your reverse manoeuvre in the Gainsborough or Chalfont Estates and practice your turnabout in the Ard Na Mara or Seabury Estates.
MALAHIDE SAMPLE TEST ROUTE:
Start in the Seapark estate. Do your hill start in this estate. Drive into Malahide village, turn left into Church Rd, turn right onto Back Rd, turn right onto Dublin Rd, turn left onto Swords Rd, turn left into Gainsborough estate and do turnabout.
From Swords Rd turn right onto Estuary Rd, left to Seabury Rd, right to Seabury Pk, right to Seabury Vale, right to Seabury Glen, left to Seabury Ave, Left onto Estuary Rd. Then left into Yellow walls Rd. Left into Texas Lane and right into Chalfont Estate.
Do reverse manoeuvre in Chalfont Estate. Turn right onto Sea Rd. After Tennis Courts turn left onto Coast Rd and finish back at Seapark.
